0260 Coffee started as a morning ritual in our workshop. Hand-grinding beans before a dawn drive. Pulling espresso between wrenching on cars. We realized the same values that drew us to mechanical watches and analogue cars applied to coffee: sourcing matters, process matters, and the experience of making it by hand is the entire point.
Today, 0260 Coffee is roasted weekly in small batches in our LA roastery. We source single-origin green beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Kenya, always from farms that prioritize quality and sustainability.
