Delete Your 0260 Account
If you have a 0260 mobile app account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using one of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the 0260 app on your device
- Sign in to your account
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Your account and associated app data will be permanently removed.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at info@0260brand.com from the email address linked to your 0260 account.
Include:
- Your full name
- The phone number associated with your account
- A clear request to delete your 0260 account
We will verify your identity before processing the request.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile photo
- Loyalty points, vouchers, and rewards
- Push notification tokens
- Your 0260 app account and TapMango loyalty profile
What data may be retained
We may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Purchase and transaction records (for tax, accounting, and legal compliance)
- Records needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud
Retained data is kept only as long as required by applicable law and then deleted or anonymized.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
