Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in offering carefully curated vintage watches and limited-run merchandise. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are subject to the following return and refund terms. By placing an order, you agree to the policy outlined below.

1. Vintage Watches

All vintage watches are FINAL SALE

Due to the unique, one-of-one nature of vintage timepieces, all watch sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for vintage watches once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Fit or wear preferences
  • Minor timekeeping variance typical of vintage mechanical watches
  • Changes of mind after shipment

Condition Disclosure

Each vintage watch is sold as described and is thoroughly inspected prior to listing. Any notable cosmetic wear, patina, or functional characteristics are disclosed clearly in the product description and/or imagery.

Vintage watches may show signs of age consistent with their history. These characteristics are not considered defects.

Exceptions — Incorrect or Damaged on Arrival

A refund or resolution will only be considered if:

  • The watch received is materially different from the listing description, or
  • The watch arrives damaged due to shipping

In these cases:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and/or video of the issue and original packaging
  • The watch must remain unworn and unaltered

Failure to meet these requirements voids eligibility.

2. Merchandise (Hats, T-Shirts, Apparel, Accessories)

Returns Accepted — With Conditions

Merchandise returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided all criteria below are met.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Must show no signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item was sent incorrectly

This ensures we do not incur losses due to shipping or handling on returned items.

Refund Method

Approved merchandise returns will be refunded as:

  • Store credit, or
  • Refund to the original payment method minus shipping and processing costs.

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Vintage watches
  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Limited edition or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

4. Order Issues & Claims

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within:

  • 48 hours for watches
  • 7 days for merchandise

Claims submitted outside these windows will not be honored.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this policy. Orders placed with the intent to wear, use, and return items — or to bypass stated terms — may result in:

  • Return refusal
  • Account restrictions
  • Permanent ban from future purchases

6. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise any applicable right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request through the withdrawal form available on our website or contact us at admin@0260brand.com.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
