All products are subject to availability. Vintage watches are one-of-one items and may not be restocked once sold. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, minor variations, wear, or patina are expected with vintage goods and do not constitute defects.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside of our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier acceptance.

All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Vintage watches are final sale. Merchandise returns are accepted only if they meet the stated eligibility requirements. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for improper use, servicing, or modifications of products after delivery. Vintage watches may require routine servicing over time, and accuracy is not guaranteed to modern standards.

We reserve the right to investigate and dispute fraudulent activity, abuse of policies, or chargebacks that violate these terms. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of all policies posted herein.
